This is a blog of personal stories and interviews, essays, poems, book reviews, songs and photos about health and life; heartbreak and hope. I’m a retired psychologist and university professor and will share my knowledge and experiences derived from a 30-year career in the clinic and classroom, as well as my life as a farmer and gardener, animal and nature lover and stories from my friends and family.
A little too abstract, a little too wise,
